William L. (Bill) Buchanan
Upon graduation from Oregon State University, Bill received a reserve commission in the United States Marine Corps, then served as an infantry officer with the First Marine Division in Vietnam. From 1969 until his retirement in 1996, he served as a Special Agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
